Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank to organise MSME credit campaigns in the state

Mangalore, Sept 13 (KNN) In order to create awareness about the MSME projects, Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank (KVGB) is organizing MSME credit campaign in all its 525 branches of the bank in nine districts of the state from September 15 to 21.

KVGB is a regional rural bank sponsored by the Syndicate bank.

It will be conducting series of grama sabhas - a minimum of four gram sabhas by each branch at different places within their area of operation to popularise MSME projects and finance options to those projects. 
                                                  
The chairman of the KVG Bank, will launch the campaign at a function to be held at Subrahmanya Sadan here on September 14.

He will distribute the loan sanction letters to the beneficiaries covering 42 branches of the bank in districts of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi. 

According to a media report, the bank has set a target of disbursing around Rs 20 crore of MSME credit in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts from September 15-21. (KNN/SD)
