Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Announces Major Push For Industrialisation

Bhopal, Jan 23 (KNN) The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh announced a significant push for industrialisation at the inauguration of Sagar Group's SMPL-integrated textile industry unit in Tamot village, Raisen district on Sunday.

The Chief Minister emphasised the pivotal role of industries in the prosperity of Madhya Pradesh.

"Madhya Pradesh's prosperity lies in the progress of its industries. Establishment of industries results in the growth of employment opportunities. The state government is committed to achieving comprehensive development, fostering good governance, and implementing an effective system," stated the Chief Minister, reported by TOI.

Promising robust support for industrialists, the Chief Minister declared, "Industries will be promoted aggressively, and industrialists will be provided all possible help to set up their units. My government is making continuous efforts to employ youth by promoting industries. We are working towards making industries self-reliant, profitable, and employment-generating."

During the inauguration, it was announced that the new textile industry unit in Tamot village, Raisen district, would generate a substantial number of jobs.

The government statement revealed that the unit is expected to create 3,500 jobs, contributing significantly to employment in the region.

The event was attended by notable figures, including Minister of State Narendra Shivaji Patel, Vidisha MP Ramakant Bhargava, Bhojpur MLA Surendra Patwa, and Sanchi MLA Dr. Prabhuram Choudhary.

Sagar Group Chairman Sudhir Kumar Agrawal highlighted the global impact of the newly inaugurated unit, stating that the fabric produced there would be exported to over 20 countries.

The Chief Minister's commitment to promoting industrialisation signals a focused effort on economic development and job creation, aligning with the state government's vision for a self-reliant and prosperous Madhya Pradesh.
