Manufacturers appeal TN govt to create model industrial estate in Thirumudivakkam

Thirumudivakkam, July 30 (KNN) The Thirumudivakkam Industrial Estate Manufacturers Association (TIEMA) has urged the Tamil Nadu government to create a model industrial estate in Thirumudivakkam.

The request was presented to T.M. Anbarasan, MSME Minister on Friday while he was inaugurating TEXPO 2022.

It is a two day B2B exhibition organised by association. 

In a brief conversation with the MSME Minister,  R. Selvam, secretary, TIEMA appealed the State government to create a model industrial estate and said take our Thirumudivakkam estate to do this project.

Over 1,200 visitors attended the event on the first day, he said. 

Most of them were from auto component firms, OEMs and other micro units.  (KNN Bureau)
