Meerut and Ayodhya to get maximum MSME units in UP’s 3rd ground-breaking ceremony

Lucknow, May 19 (KNN) In Uttar Pradesh’s third ground-breaking ceremony, MSME units worth Rs 3586 crore will be set up out of which Meerut and Ayodhya will get the highest number of units. 

These units are expected to give a major economic push to the state and generate employment opportunities consisting of over 865 units.

Generating employment opportunities with an investment of Rs 702 crore, Meerut is set to get 283 units. 

About  128 units with an investment of Rs 915 crore will be established in Ayodhya.

Overall 5991 employment opportunities will be generated through MSMEs. 

In the third ground breaking ceremony, 1,500 projects worth more than Rs 75,000 crore are planned to be launched of which MSME sector will have a contribution of about Rs 3586 crore.  (KNN Bureau)
