Mega Credit Awareness Camp for MSMEs held in Samba

New Delhi, May 7 (KNN) A Mega Credit awareness camp was being organized at Bari Brahmana Industrial Association Club in Samba to promote various loan schemes and products offered by the banks with a special focus on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) loans.

Banks including J&K Bank participated in this awareness camp with zeal and enthusiasm.

Parvez Ahmed, Chairman and CEO of J&K Bank, who was the chief guest on the occasion, visited the stall of the bank and appreciated the efforts of the bank towards customer awareness.

He emphasized that the camp was being organized to remove the misconceptions of the young minds regarding business ventures.

RK Chhibber, chairman, J&K Grameen Bank, informed visitors about different loan schemes of the bank and said that the interest rates on loan and advances in J&K Grameen Bank were lowest among other banks.

To aware and uplift the rural and urban masses of the region, Romesh Vaid, General Manager, J&K Grameen Bank, highlighted the benefits of farmers club, self-help groups and various schemes under financial inclusion of NABARD during the camp. (KNN/YV)
