Bhopal, May 6 (KNN)  The Madhya Pradesh Government proposes to set up skill training, placement and certification centres in 55 municipal bodies of the state in order to bridge the gap between demand and supply of skilled workers.

The initiative has been taken as public-private-partnership and the state government is scouting for specialised agencies.

These agencies will have to provide not only skill training but also ensure placement of those trained in these centres along with the certification.

The project is being piloted by the Directorate of Urban Administration and Development under the mission mode.

The mission is being headed by the Additional Commissioner in the Department.  (KNN Bureau)
