New Delhi, Oct 3 (KNN) Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Uttarakhand has been made the nodal department for the operation of the Growth Centers Scheme.

According to the state Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat, this initiative will create employment opportunities at the local level. It will also strengthen the rural economy.

For the Growth Centers scheme, a committee will be constituted at the state level under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister.
