Guwahati, Aug 3 (KNN) National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) has tied up with Topcem Cement to provide quality cement to MSMEs in the Northeast region of India.

The pact was signed under NSIC’s raw material distribution scheme for the supply of cement in the Northeast India Market.

Important industrial sectors across Northeast India as well as MSME projects will be get support from NSIC & Topcem Cement through the raw material distribution scheme arrangements.

Speaking about the association with NSIC, Dr. Anil Kapur, President-Sales & Marketing, Meghalaya Cements Ltd. said, “It’s is our belief that this partnership with NSIC will accelerate the growth of MSME sector in Northeast India.”

The development will boost economic growth as well as employment generation, he added.

The MoU was signed by Vijay Prakash, Zonal General Manager (North-East), NSIC Limited, and Dr. Anil Kapur, President, Sales & Marketing, Meghalaya Cements Ltd.  (KNN Bureau)
