One large unit or project would be established in each of 21 districts to create jobs: Khattar

Chandigarh, July 21 (KNN) Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar recently announced that the state government has formulated a new policy under which one large industrial unit or a large industrial project would be established in each of the 21 districts of the state as a result of which  about 2.25 lakh persons would get employment.
 
The Chief Minister was addressing a largely attended 'Vikas Rally' at Anaj Mandi in Bhiwani last week.
 
The Chief Minister also hinted at initiating mining work in mining areas and dedicated two water treatment plants of total 150 million litres per day capacity to the people in Bhiwani city.
 
He said that in order to keep vigil on development works in assembly constituencies, one vigilance committee each has been constituted. He also appealed to the people that wherever they find shortcomings in the working of the government these might immediately be brought to the notice of the government with proof. He assured that on such issues immediate action would be taken.

Khattar said that the state government would soon formulate a policy under which illegal colonies would be regularised.

Haryana Education Minister Ram Bilas Sharma said that a National Highway has been approved between Kotputli – Bhiwani and Bhiwani – Hansi, the foundation stone of which would soon be laid.
 
After announcing a number of projects for the development of Bhiwani, the Chief Minister assured to fulfil the maximum demands raised by MLA Bhiwani, Ghansyam Saraf. The projects that he announced for Bhiwani included JBT institutions, restart of Milk plant, up gradation of four schools in assembly constituency, sewerage treatment plant in sector – 21-26, 33kv substation, development of old ponds of Bhiwani on the pattern of lakes. With the efforts of MP Dharambir Singh, Rs 3 crore have been sanctioned by the Central government for a stadium in Bhiwani, he added. (KNN Bureau)
