PHD Chamber-ICSI to conduct Seminar on Corporate Frauds in New Delhi

New Delhi, Dec 28 (KNN) Aiming at facilitating information and knowledge with regard to corporate frauds  to the different sectors including the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry is holding a seminar on the theme.

The Seminar is to take place on 11^th January in the national capital.

The day-long event is themed Corporate Frauds, Detection, Prevention and Remedies and is being organized in association with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India  (ICSI).

Experts from CBI as well as from corporate affairs ministry and government departments are to facilitate the event.

Discussions over prevention of Money Laundering, Legislative framework, Menace of Shell companies, etc. are to feature in the event.

Also dedicated session on cyber frauds and its prevention is to take place in the seminar. (KNN/ DA)
