PM Modi to lay foundation stones for 11 projects worth Rs 31,500 cr in TN

Chennai, May 25 (KNN) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of 11 projects worth over Rs 31,500 crore in Tamil Nadu on May 26. 

He will also attend the 20th anniversary celebrations of the Indian School of Business (ISB) and the graduation ceremony of the Post Graduate Programme Class of 2022. 

As per the official statement from PMO these projects will help significantly to improve socio-economic prosperity in the region and have a transformative impact on several sectors and also help create employment opportunities.

He arrived on Wednesday morning after participating in the Quad Leaders' Summit as part of his two-day tour in Japan and immediately held a Cabinet meeting after reaching the national capital.

Senior Cabinet ministers including Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, S Jaishankar, Nitin Gadkari, Nirmala Sitharaman, Kiren Rijiju, Anurag Thakur, and Smriti Irani among others were present in the meeting. (KNN Bureau)
