PNB holds credit camp for MSMEs in Hyderabad under Atmanirbhar Abhiyan

Hyderabad, 18 Nov (KNN) The Punjab National Bank following the scheme of Atmanirbhar Abhiyan by Central Government hosted a MSME credit camp, to create awareness in the sector along with offering credit support to entrepreneurs and small businesses growing from various business sectors of MSME.

According to a press note, the bank has taken such initiative for the second time in the current financial year.

NVS Prasad Reddy, Circle Head, Hyderabad inaugurated the camp and bank officials and MSME borrowers were also present.

Prasad Reddy said, “Our bank has always gone a step ahead while providing financial assistance to MSME sector. In continuation to the earlier call given by DFS to conduct credit outreach camps during the month of October, we have once again organised credit camp specific to MSME entrepreneurs.”

The camp recorder attendance of over 80 MSME borrowers and the bank received fresh loan applications amounting to INR 220 crore under various MSME schemes of the bank.

It also conveyed new sanctions to the tune of INR 123 crore to MSME borrowers.
