Punjab industry to deepen ties with German investors: CM Mann
Chandigarh, May 26 (KNN) Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann emphasised on strengthening the partnership between the industrial sector of the state and German investors during his meet with German officials today.
Welcoming the investors, he presented a slew of opportunities available in Punjab at a meeting with economic minister and global affairs German Embassy Dr Stefen Koch and head of energy India Dr Winfried Damm.
He said expertise of Germans in engineering, energy and biomass besides others is acclaimed world over.
Expressing enthusiasm he said that the state government is committed to make Punjab as the front runner state in industrial growth.
He said that the investors desirous of investing in the state can apply for the clearances online which will be given in an expedite manner.
Mann said that besides being a peaceful state with good weather conditions Punjab has zero tolerance against corruption due to which the investors can be facilitated largely.
Koch and Damm assured full support and cooperation to the CM and said that there is a vast scope and potential of industrial growth in the state. (KNN Bureau)
