Jodhpur Industries Association to host session on MSME schemes today

Jodhpur, May 31 (KNN) The Women Entrepreneurs Wing of Jodhpur Industries Association (JIA) is organising an interactive session on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) schemes on May 31 at the JIA Hall.
The core theme of the event is Investment Schemes which will entail discussions on subsidy from state, custom duty, GST credit, and Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS) 2022.
Himanshu Sikka, Director, KPMG; S L Paliwal, Joint Director, District Industry and Commerce Centre Jodhpur and Arihant Jain, Manager are the key speakers of the session which will commence at 4pm.
The Rajasthan government introduced RIPS 2022 with an aim to deliver inclusive, balanced, and sustainable economic growth.
This policy intends to revitalize the manufacturing and services sectors to achieve scalable industrial growth through capital infusion, world-class infrastructure facilities, and technological advancements.
The state government also hosted its first edition of Rajasthan International Expo in Jodhpur from March 20 to 22, 2023 to promote exports in the handicraft sector.
It showcased a wide range of handicrafts, wooden and iron furniture and ceramic items to the global audience. (KNN Bureau)
