Jaipur, June 16 (KNN) The three-day Rajasthan Kisan Mahotsav was inaugurated by CM Ashok Gehlot at JECC, Sitapura on June 16, 2023.

The primary aim of the event is to make the farmers aware of the latest innovations in the agricultural sector.

As per reports, Nearly 50,000 farmers will participate in this state-level farmers festival.

On the first day, 20,000 farmers will take part while the second and third daywill witness participation from over 15,000 farmers.

Agriculture & Horticulture Department secretary Dr Prithvi informed that on June 23 & 24, a divisionallevel farmers' festival would also be organised at Udaipur-based Krishi Mandi Balicha.

The state will also organise an agricultural fest at Agricultural University, Mandore, Jodhpur on June 30 to July 1. (KNN Bureau)
