Real EODB: HSIIDC’s geo referencing site for selecting industrial plot tells all about an area

Chandigarh, Feb 6 (KNN) Making a massive move towards implementation of move towards ease of doing business, HSIIDC’s website now has live option for selecting industrial plot via Geo-Referencing.

With the increasing demands of multinational companies and domestic industry including the MSMEs for more industrial plots, Haryana government last year came out with a provision under which the allottees can choose their own plots online.

The Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) has facilitated the allottees to select their own flats through GEO referencing.

The link which is live at the corporation’s website enables the allottees to select the estate and area for the plot.

It also gives an option whether the plot should be commercial or industrial and in which cluster. It also gives a choice of sector and phase to the allottee.

The website, then gives the allottees the details about nearest railway station and nearest airport along with other nearest facilities like school, temple etc.

Last year HSIIDC had invited online applications for allotment of 455 industrial plots of different sizes under general category.

The plots were to be allotted at six strategic locations including Industrial Model Township (IMT), Manesar (Transport Hub), IMT Faridabad, IMT Bawal (Phase -II, III and IV, Industrial Estate (IE) Panipat, Industrial Estate, Narwana and Industrial Estate, Barhi (Phase -III).

Geo referencing facility gives the full detail of the inventory giving the complete picture of the allotted plots and available plots for applying online. (KNN Bureau)
