Regional Workshop on Energy Conservation being held for MSMEs in Kolkata on Jan 22

New Delhi, Jan 18 (KNN) A Regional Workshop on Energy Conservation for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs): Safety and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Practices for Boilers is being held for MSMEs in Kolkata region 

Federation of Small & Medium Industries (FOSMI) in association with National Productivity Council, Kolkata is organizing the workshop under the aegis of Central Boilers Board, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.

The objective of this workshop is to create an appropriate forum for deliberation on the 1) Safety aspects of industrial boiler operation vis-a-vis the Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR) and 2) Efficient operation and maintenance of team generating system / electrical appliances to achieve desired performance with a view to obtain reduced fuel and energy input.

The workshop will take place on January 22, 2019 in the FOSMI Conference Hall commencing at 10:30 a.m.

Senior Technical personnel from Boiler Directorate (Govt. of West Bengal), officials from manufacturers of boilers and boiler components will grace the occasion.
