Rs 100 cr additional package approved for small industries in Rajasthan
Jaipur, Sept 26 (KNN) In an effort to promote small industries in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has assented an additional package of Rs 100 crore.
This will help government expand its coverage and smooth operation.
To encourage MSMEs in the state and ensure easy loan access to small businessmen and investors the CM had proposed Rs 150 crore for the 'Mukhyamantri Laghu Protsahan Yojana' in the budget FY23.
The additional budget provision of Rs 100 crore follows after the budget announcement.
He also approved a proposal to give various types of exemptions to encourage exporters of the state.
With this, there has been an increase from 30 per cent to 50 per cent in the amount of reimbursement to be received under the reimbursement scheme for participating in approved international trade fairs, exhibitions and business service management (BSM).
The period of the scheme has also been extended till March 31, 2025. (KNN Bureau )
