Rs 100 lakh sanctioned under Strive Project for BBIA Industries Association Cluster

New Delhi, Oct 6 (KNN) Bari Brahmana Industries Association Industrial Cluster has started its registration process under the Skills Strengthening for Industrial Value Enhancement “STRIVE PROJECT” of Ministry of Skill Development Govt. of India for providing Skill Training to local unemployed youths. A grant of INR100 Lakh has been sanctioned in favour of the BBIA Industries Association Cluster.

Under the “STRIVE PROJECT” Apprenticeship Training shall be provided by the Industrial Units in two years to the 70 youths to local ITI passed Diploma Holders in the approved Trade of Tailor General and Electronic Mechanics and 70 youths of 10th Passed for the Trade of Packers and Printing Operators with the three Months Training in the Industrial Cluster.

Further they shall be provided opportunity to work as Apprentices in the different Industrial Units as per the Apprenticeship Act and after the successful training the Local Youth shall be adjusted in the Industrial Units.

Lalit Mahajan, Chairman of the Industrial Cluster conveyed heartiest thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Manoj Sinha, Lt. Governor JKUT, Asgar Hassan Samoon, Principal Secretary, Skill Development Department, Sudershan Kumar, Director, Technical Education, J&K Govt. S. Santhimanlan, Regional Director Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and other Officials of the Department for the sanction of this project in favour of Bari Brahmana Industries Association.
