Soon a transport enclave to facilitate trade in Vadodara

Vadodara, Jun 14 (KNN) The Vadodara Urban Development Authority will construct a transportnagar (transport enclave) in the city for facilitating truck and bus parking apart from developing warehousing and other ancilliary infrastructure through private sector partners.
In this context, the urban development body have invited private sector partners to develop both facilities and infrastructure.
A land size of 75 acres has already been allotted for the purpose.
One of the measures to develop understanding about the needs of bidders an interactive session will be held with them in the office of Urban Development Authority.

Vadodara, formerly known as Baroda, is the third largest and most populated city in Gujarat after the industrial hubs of Ahmedabad and Surat. It is located southeast of Ahmedabad, 139 km from state capital, Gandhinagar providing large opportunities for industrial activities.
