Chandigarh, May 4 (KNN) Tata Technologies has approached the Punjab government to establish a EV production unit in the state and has ensured to help MSMEs develop and grow in the emerging segment. 

The delegation presented a proposal to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and he welcomed the initiative and assured full cooperation for this project.

He said the government is committed to accelerating industrial growth in the state and no stone will be left unturned for this noble cause.

The delegation also emphasised on creating jobs for the youth along with proving skill development opportunities.

The current investment for the project is Rs 250 crore and the future investment will be Rs 1,600 crore, said the delegation comprising of
