Telangana academy for skill & knowledge to train RGUKT students

Hyderabad, July 21 (KNN) The Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) has signed a pact with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge and Technologies (RGUKT) to provide job-oriented skills.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in the presence of Information Technology Minister K Taraka Ramarao on the premises of IT Hub in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

Both the parties through this partnership aims to provide access to industrial initiatives, mentorship, and internship possibilities that lead to placements opportunities for RGUKT-Basar students.

Telangana ITE principal secretary Jayesh Ranjan, TASK Chief Executive Officer Shrikanth Sinha, RGUKT in-charge Vice-Chancellor Prof Venkata Ramana, director Prof Satish Kumar, Dean Dr Chandrasekhar Rao and other dignitaries were present at the MoU ceremony.

Till now, Task has already provided training in specialised skills to more than 100 engineering colleges. The program focuses on providing vocational skill training to students belonging to remote areas in order to help them prepare for the necessary job skills. (KNN Bureau
