TN Bakers Federation to host 3 day Indian Bakery Expo in Sept

Chennai, June 6 (KNN) Tamil Nadu Bakers Federation (TNBF) is organizing the 5th edition of India Bakery Expo from September 9 to 11, 2022 in Chennai.

The show will create an opportunity for new product launches, sourcing of bakery equipment, ingredients, technology and accessories, besides forecasting and identifying latest industry trends.

It will focus to cement the existing business and create an ideal platform to enhance the visibility of bakery industry in South India.

A bakery art festival, cake decoration and cake competition is scheduled for day one, followed by a full day seminar & workshop on bakery technology, food safety and hygiene on September 10.

On the final day the expo will showcase live baking technology wise live demonstration.
