Traders & commuters to benefit as Ashram underpass ready for public access from March 22

New Delhi, Mar 8 (KNN) The Ashram underpass in Southeast Delhi will open for public use from 22nd March which will benefit the traders and commuters who take this route as the traffic will likely get smoother.

This announcement was made by Manish Sisodia, Deputy Chief Minister who said, “I have inspected the Ashram underpass. The work was delayed due to Covid-19 restrictions but now the work has sped up and in the next 15 days, we will open the traffic here.”

He said that the lakhs of people will benefit from this project and has confirmed that the work of Ashram flyover has also been delayed and will be completed in the next 6 months. 

Addressing the questions about Punjab Assembly Polls that took place on 20th February, he showed confidence in his party forming a government in the state. 

He also showed optimism about states like Goa and Uttarakhand and said that they are getting a good number of seats. 

The results will be announced on 10 March, 2022. (KNN Bureau)
