Speaking exclusively with KNN, Pankaj Gupta, President, Uttarakhand Industries Association (UIA) said, ”Continuity of government will help in taking draft policies forward along with a stable environment for the MSME sector.”

There were certain decisions regarding industries that were put on hold due to the election, hence now the work can be resumed, he added.

Gupta spoke about initiatives Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami who is currently trailing for his position had just started to address problems and challenges faced by MSMEs.

Emphasising on the significance of Centre-State relations, he said same party government will help in smooth clearance of process.

In February, while addressing a rally in Ranikhet, CM Dhami had assured to make Uttarakhand the number one state in India by 2025. This has motivated us in the overall development of our State, said Gupta.
