Uttarakhand Skill Development Mission signs pact with IASC

New Delhi, Aug 13 (KNN) With an aim to offer trainings to the youth of State and help in enhancing placement opportunities, The Uttarakhand Skill Development Mission has signed MoU with Instrumentation Automation Surveillance and Communication Sector Skill Council New Delhi.

The Mission Director, UKSDM, Dr. Pankaj Kumar Pandey IAS and Nagendra Goel, Chairman, IASC exchanged the MoU in presence of Rohit Nandan IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India.

The sector skill council, IASC will study the skill gap in the sector, develop master trainers and train, develop NOS and QP and certification of trained manpower and employability of certified manpower.

Mission Director Pankaj Kumar Pandey said that such new platforms to train and employ the youth will help in providing a direction to unemployed youth and help them find a respectable job and become an entrepreneur. (KNN Bureau)
