Vivadon Ka Samadhan scheme of HSIIDC brings relief for over 5000 MSMEs

New Delh, Oct 13 (KNN) Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC) has recovered INR 650 crore under the "Vivadon Ka Samadhan" scheme.

It was launched by the state’s Chief Minister Manohar Lal to facilitate the allottees during COVID-19. This marks as a major recovery in the corporation sector, benefitting 5000 units, mostly MSMEs, in Haryana.

Almost 50 industrial units proposed to set up their units in Haryana during the COVID-19, with 20 projects being finalised and 30 projects are in the pipeline, informed, Sunil Sharma Chief Coordinator (Industries), Haryana in a series of tweets.

A 900 acres plant is being set up at IMT Kharkhoda by Maruti Suzuki India Limited, multiplying employment opportunities for the youth and residents of the state.

Several Industrial associations like Plastic, Marble, Footwear, and Electronic from Delhi have approached to set up their industries in Haryana.

This signals a steady and progressive growth for the state of Haryana.

Following are the terms and conditions of the scheme:

   -- 1. This scheme shall be applicable only on amount in default as on 30.06.2021 towards Plot Cost, Enhanced Cost & Maintenance Charges in respect of Industrial Plots, Residential Plots, Institutional Plots, Commercial Plots, and Group Housing. The interest/penal interest on the default amount chargeable from the allottee has been frozen as on 30.06.2021 Under the scheme, the waiver shall be allowed @ 25% of overdue interest as on 30.06.2021 and 100% waiver of penal interest (2%,3% and 4% as the case may be) in case the allottee clears entire overdue amount as on 30.06.2021 towards Plot cost, Enhanced cost and Maintenance charges;
   -- 2. The figures of amount in default as on 30.06.2021 and amount payable under the scheme are subject to audit and any amount if becomes payable due to any calculation mistake, the allottee shall be liable to pay the same within the time prescribed by HSIIDC as part of clearance of default in one go scheme, in addition to the amount paid under the scheme;
   -- 3. For availing rebate, the allottee will have to pay entire overdue amount of Plot Cost, Enhanced Cost and Maintenance Charges in full on or before 30.09.2021 In case, any amount left unpaid in any of these three heads, the benefit of the scheme in other heads shall also not be available even if full amount overdue in other heads is cleared by the allottee before 30.09.2021. Any amount paid in pursuance of the scheme not amounting to full payment, finally determined to be payable under this scheme will not be refunded but will be adjusted against the amount in default from the allottee as per normal procedure;
   -- 4. The amount to be remitted under the scheme shall exactly be the same as mentioned in the challan. In the event of any mismatch, the payment will be automatically rejected by the system and the benefits of the scheme shall not be available to the allottee;
   -- 5. The amount payable under the scheme must be credited to the Bank Account of the Corporation by 11:59 PM on the date of closing of the scheme i.e. 30.09.2021. No claim w.r.t. amount deducted from the allottee's account but not credited to HSIIDC's Account shall be entertained;
   -- 6. The challan shall be valid for remitting the payment till the last date of the scheme;
   -- 7. The Allottees of Industrial Plot, Residential Plot, and Group Housing plots shall be required to clear the outstanding dues of extension fees as on 30.06.2021 in one go, with 50% rebate.
   -- 8. In case, after generation of challan for offline payment, the Allottee wants to change the mode of payment to online or wants to generate challan again, the previous Offline challan shall be required to be cancelled through link "Payment History->Challan Details";
   -- 9. The challan generated for offline payment is valid for one time use only. The same cannot be used for any other head/purpose under the scheme or any other payment in future. For payments under the three heads, separate challan of respective heads shall be required to be generated;
   -- 10. Any additional price (enhancement) in the land cost awarded/may be awarded by the Courts, that has not yet been loaded in the amount due as on 30.06.2021/ conveyed to the allottees, shall be payable as and when demanded;
   -- 11. The allottee shall not raise any dispute regarding the above dues in future and shall withdraw the court case, if any, filed by the allottee in any court;
   -- 12. The allottee shall be required to make exact payment as mentioned above and in case any TDS is deducted, the same shall be refunded separately by the Corporation after audit.
   -- 13. The decision of the Corporation in all matters in relation to this scheme would be final and would not be called in question at any stage by the allottee.
