W Bengal Govt keen to help MSMEs by offering skilled workmen

Kolkata, August 6 (KNN) West Bengal government is keen to help the state micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by offering trained skilled workmen to bridge the skill gap in the industry.

“The state Department of MSME is interested to help sector by offering trained skilled workmen as per the requirement of the industries,” the Federation of Small & Medium Industries (FOSMI) said in a notification.

FOSMI said since the proposal is under planning stage, there is immediate need of data about the requirement of the industry for submitting to the government for their consideration. (KNN Bureau)
