New Delhi, Jan 1 (KNN) Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has allotted 19.7 acres land to 2 Chinese companies in sector 24.

These 2 Chinese companies namely Yingtong Electronic Technology India Pvt Ltd and Xihi Technology Pvt Ltd will manufacture mobile accessories and hardware/software accessories respectively, which will be supplied to Vivo.

Speaking on this development with KNN India, President of Noida Entrepreneurs Association (NEA), Vipin Malhan said this would create ample of opportunities for Noida MSMEs only when they will purchase inputs from them.

But if they manufacture inputs and goods both, then this will not be beneficial for MSMEs.

Though, he said the project will generate large number of employment opportunities as well.

Apart from this, project would contribute in the development of Noida and add revenue in the government’s pocket.

The two companies are expected to generate about 13,000 jobs. 

Yingtong’s project cost is about Rs 150 crore, whereas, Xihi’s project cost is Rs 34 crore, as per the media reports.
