About 18 lakh new entrepreneurs were created through various initiatives taken by the MSME Ministry in the last four years, said Giriraj Singh, Union Minster of State for MSMEs while interacting with media during the launch of MSME Insider,  a monthly e-newsletter.

He said “We have been working towards employment generation and with this newsletter MSME centric readers can keep a check on Ministry activities.”

Because of lack of information, some segment of people remain unaware about the Ministry activities and thus to bridge that gap, this e-newsletter portal has been launched, he added.
