Due to the ongoing trade war between the United States of America (USA) and China, the USA has hiked additional tariff upto 25% on US$ 200 billion imports from China.

As US tariffs push up the cost of Chinese products,  India along with other Asian countries like Vietnam, Bangladesh and Cambodia is at an advantageous position, said H.K.L Magu, Chairman of Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC).

He said this in an interview with KNN India.

Magu said “Now, it depends on countries who can take benefit from this. Countries with good infrastructure can cash the benefits of this situation.”  (Watch Full Interview)
