Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Kalraj Mishra has said that he and his ministry is taking personal interest to resolve the issues of delayed payment for which facilitation centres have been sensitized in the states.

He was talking to reporters in the sidelines of the “Super SME Award 2016” function held in New Delhi.

“We are making efforts so that a common entrepreneur does not face any problem”, said Mishra

He also raised the issue of banks not giving loan to the entrepreneurs and said that loans to the  MSME entrepreneurs are covered under  the Credit Guarantee Trust Fund scheme to take the loan. But despite of this, Banks are not able to give loan them soon.

However, he said, that ministry is trying to ensure that Bank can give loan easily to MSMEs to run the industry.
