Govt instates Committee to study impact of Chinese goods, invites evidence/representations
New Delhi, Mar 9 (KNN) In a bid to address concerns of various sectors of the industry including the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the government has tasked a committee to look into the matter.
“Naresh Gujral, M.P, Rajya Sabha has taken up the subject ‘Impact of Chinese Goods on Indian Industry’ for detailed examination, an official release said.
The government has also invited representations and memoranda from the stakeholders in this regard.
Those desirous of submitting memoranda or giving oral evidence before the Committee may visit the website of the Rajya Sabha (http://rajyasabha.nic.in) under the link “Committees” for details.
The release further notified all correspondence may be sent to Shri Narendra Kumar, Additional Director, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Room No. 535, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi-110001 (Tel: 011-23034057, FAX: 011-21410347), E-mail: email@example.com/ firstname.lastname@example.org.
