Hyderabad, Mar 17 (KNN) The National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) is organizing one week programme on Online SMEs Setup through Online Marketplace.

The programme is being organized from March 20-24, 2017, in association with School of Enterprise Information and Integrated Communications (SEIC).

The organizers said web search engine and auctions did not work and it takes some time to finally get to the market place model which is a success.

Amazon India, FlipKart, Snapdeal etc. with the success of their local innovations reported that the Indian operations does have a competitive advantage over others in terms of the brand, access to investment capital, software system, technical knowhow, etc., and therefore all the SMEs might find the gateway to success through them to get matured to extend their business arms to the domestic as well as to the global market.

This intensive course focuses on market place behaviour and customer engagement, throughout the customer lifecycle and is the best place to start the training in e-commerce, viewing retail from the customer’s perspective and examining multichannel challenges and trends.

Participants will learn the building blocks of online retailing, understanding how to increase customer value online and off-line.

This course is a highly retail-focused and more strategic alternative to offline business models.

Dr. Dibyendu Choudhury will be the Programme Director.

The course will help in understanding of the retailing basis for ecommerce, along with a recognition of additional skills required along with the issues and interactions demanded by multichannel and cross-channel retailing.
