Bhopal, Jan 16 (KNN) The Madhya Pradesh Association of Women Entrepreneurs (MAWE) is organizing SWEEP 2017, an International Symposium on Sustainable Growth For Women Entrepreneurs through Export Promotion, to promote businesses of women entrepreneurs from MSME sector.

The event will be held in Jabalpur on April 5-6, 2017.

“It would be extremely helpful, for women entrepreneurs, to network, interact & explore possibilities of supplying to MNCs. It will also help women MSME entrepreneurs’ export their products and services,” Archana Bhatnagar, President, MAWE has said.

MAWE Achievement Awards: Exports -2017 will also be conducted on the same day to motivate the women achievers and recognize their achievements.

Bhatnagar said, “Women Entrepreneurs have the most innovative products & services; however their exposure to export procedures, opportunities, schemes of the Government & reach to International markets is NIL.”

She said there is a need to educate the MSME Women entrepreneurs on getting linked with Value chain of Exports, on many opportunities of International Trade Agencies and about government schemes.

MAWE said participating women entrepreneurs will have the benefit of interacting with MNCs through B2Bs and explore more business opportunities by exhibiting their products and services. The event will also make them aware of present government schemes etc for boosting exports.

The association said the event will be attended by officials from the Ministry of MSME, EPFO, APEDA, AEPC etc.
