MSME Conclave 2017 kicks off in Bhopal, new MSME Policy for the state- mobile application launched

New Delhi, Nov 17 (KNN) In a bid to facilitate growth to the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the State (MSMEs), the MSME Conclave 2017 is underway in Bhopal with the State CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and MSME Minister Giriraj Singh present at the conclave.

With the event inaugurated earlier today, the State government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the official Government E-Market.

With the state of Madhya Pradesh signing the MoU, it joins the list along with other states coming forward voluntarily towards collaborating with the portal to facilitate transparent procurement process.

Also the new MSME policy for the state is to be released during the conclave. The new policy is expected to bring in reforms and facilitate the ease of doing business for the MSMEs.

At the inaugural event, the government also launched a mobile application on Entrepreneurship Training program for the youth of the region.

MSME Minister updated about the latest developments of the conclave and the launch of the application on his official twitter handle.

Key government officials both from the state government as well as the central government and MSME department are present during the event. (KNN/ DA)
