Mumbai, Aug 8 (KNN)  Ahmedabad based Bhanderi Infracon Limited that is engaged in development of residential buildings, commercial offices, shops, factories, sheds, etc was listed on the BSE SME platform, taking the total number of firms listed on the bourse to 64. 

However, the number actively traded on the platform remains one third.

The market lot size of Bhanderi Infracon Limited is 1200 equity shares.

Incorporated in 2004, the real estate development company has an objective to develop untapped opportunities – buying, selling, development, redevelopment of properties, investments in joint ventures, partnerships, completed/partially completed/upcoming projects, etc.

When conceptualizing a project, the company relies on a research based approach for layout planning, FSI utilization, unit size, fittings and interiors, and determining sales and marketing strategy. Depending on market research, regulatory practices and consumer preferences, it alters development mix and product design to ensure that its products cater to customer requirements.

In trading today, market capitalisation settled at Rs 7,642.90 crore.  Of the 24 companies traded, there were 12 gainers, 11 losers and one remained unchanged.
