Aligning with the SCCI's strategic goals, the trade mission’s objective is to expand into foreign markets and exploring new opportunities for the Sharjah business community.

It will also support the goals of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between the UAE and India, which came into effect in May 2022, by facilitating increased trade and promoting key export sectors.

During the five-day mission, the delegation will showcase the benefits and investment opportunities available in Sharjah, aiming to attract foreign investors and encourage Indian businesses to invest in sectors aligned with Sharjah's economic vision and sustainable development goals.

Mumbai and New Delhi will be the primary destinations, where business forums and meetings will be organized to foster interactions between officials and leaders from both countries' Chambers of Commerce and Industry.  (KNN Bureau)
