TPCI partners with Embassy of United States to jointly promote Indian investment in USA

New Delhi, Apr 25 (KNN) Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) has signed a partnership agreement with US Commercial Service, Embassy of the United States of America to jointly promote Indian investment in USA during their flagship global annual summit ‘SelectUSA 2019 Investment Summit’.

The Summit will be held from June 10-12, 2019, in Washington DC.

Speaking on the partnership, Chairman of TPCI, Mohit Singla said, “USA is one of our biggest trading partners. TPCI is all geared to work in alliance with the US Commercial Services, which is a great platform for the Indian business community to showcase their potential for exploration and growth.”

The idea is to leverage each other complementarity for strengthening the mutual cooperation, he added.

He said that it is also an opportunity for the Indian business community to get absorbed into the US trade incentives and subsidies ecosystem which is customized/ tailor made as per the specific business need.

The SelectUSA Investment Summit is dedicated to promoting foreign direct investment (FDI) in the United States.

This signature event provides an unparalleled opportunity to bring together companies from all over the world, economic development organizations from every corner of the nation, and other parties working to facilitate business investment in the United States.

Featuring senior government officials, C-Suite business executives, and other thought leaders, each summit focuses on a timely theme related to the U.S. investment environment, industry trends, and new opportunities.

Last year, during Select USA 2018, 95 Indian business delegates, which was 4th largest international delegation, attended the Summit.  The Indian delegation was led by American Ambassador in New Delhi Kenneth Juster. As many as 50 States & Territories of USA were represented at the 2018 Summit.
