New Delhi, Apr 4 (KNN) The traders body Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has decided to boycott Chinese goods after it has voted against India in United Nations on the question of terrorism and has supported Pakistan openly.

The CAIT in a release said “It is rather embarrassing for us here in India to see our neighbour supporting anti-national agenda against our country. We don't see how would China make up for its stand and continue to work on bilateral talks to promote stability within the region. We at CAIT strongly and unanimously support Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi and support his call for global unity to crush terrorism,”

The CAIT has decided to strongly agitate against Chinese goods and pledge to burn Chinese goods,” said CAIT National President B.C. Bhartia and Secretary General Praveen Khandelwal at a joint statement issued here.

At CAIT's Governing Council meeting it was decided to boycott Chinese made goods with immediate effect and it was also decided to ratify this decision at National Traders Conclave.

Both President & General Secretary of CAIT said that China has again blocked India's bid at United Nations to blacklist JeM Chief Masood Azhar by using Veto to India's proposal. They said, if supporting terrorism is China's policy, it’s time for citizens to retort by not using Chinese goods. (KNN Bureau)
