New Delhi, Jan 22 (KNN) The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), in a notification, has said that facility for import of Natural Rubber under Advance Authorisations issued or revalidated on or after January 21, 2016 will not available with immediate effect up to March 31, 2016.

Making an amendment in the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, DGFT said, “…Import of Natural Rubber will not be allowed during the period 21st January 2016 to 31st March 2016 under Advance Authorisations to be issued or revalidated on or after January 21, 2016.”

Advance Authorization is allowed duty free imports of items that are used for manufacturing of products for export purpose only. (KNN Bureau)
