ICEC to organize B2B meetings with Chinese Business Delegation

Mumbai, June 18 (KNN) India China Economic and Cultural Council (ICEC) is organizing an interactive ‘Business to Business Meetings’ with a business delegation from China Council for Promotion of International Trade (Guangzhou) with the view to help country’s private sector network with the Chinese companies.

The B2B meetings would be organized on July 1 at Hotel Novotel, Mumbai to promote international trade.

The 40 member business delegation includes entrepreneurs from different sectors like automobile and auto components, banking and finance, construction and building materials, electrical, food and beverages, industrial products, infrastructure and real estate, textile, retail and printing.

There will be interactive sessions on topics such as business and investment opportunities for Chinese companies in Maharashtra; how to do business in India and India’s FDI rules and taxation system.

The programme will provide the participants a platform for interactions between foreign delegates and Indian companies.

ICEC is an autonomous membership based organisation with a vision to enhance economic and cultural cooperation between India and China. They conduct policy research on industry and trade aspects, plan B2B forums for enhanced interaction and cooperation between governments, businesses and independent professionals by organizing trade and investment summits and sector oriented delegation meetings in India and China.

Federation of Indian Micro and Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME), Indian Importers Association, India International Trade Centre are the supporting partners for the programme. (KNN/ST)
