Invited Poland to come and ‘Make in India’: Vice Prez Hamid Ansari

New Delhi, May 1 (KNN) The Government of India has launched several flagship projects such as Make in India, Digital India, etc. with an aim to attract business from all over the world. Working along the same line, Vice President Hamid Ansari has invited Poland to come and make in India.

Ansari was addressing media on Air India One Special Aircraft returning after an official five day tour to Poland and Armenia. Giriraj Singh, MoS MSME was also present during the meet

Highlighting the India-Armenia trade relations, the VP said that despite Armenia being a small country, it has had friendly and cordial relations with India.

Ansari also said that the Polish government and officials were very positive on his invitation. The Polish President’s visit to India will further boost the relations

Earlier during a business summit at the Ministry of Economic Development in Poland the Vice President said that India at present offers an ecosystem of cooperative as well as competitive federalism with phenomenal improvements and scope in investment.

Highlighting the government’s initiative in this regards he said that programs such as Make in India, Skill India and Digital India provide new business opportunities to the polish investors in different areas such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food processing, etc. (KNN/ DA)
