Ivanka Trump to participate in Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Hyderabad

New Delhi, Aug 11 (KNN) In a bid to encourage entrepreneurship among women, Ivanka Trump, daughter of the President of United States Donald Trump, confirmed her participation in the upcoming Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Hyderabad.

Earlier Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Washington invited the President’s daughter to lead the US delegation to the Global Entrepreneurship Summit.

Responding to the Prime Minister, Ivanka recently wrote “Honoured to lead the US delegation to #GES2017 in India & meet with Prime Minister Modi & passionate entrepreneurs from around the globe” on micro blogging site twitter.

The Summit is a three day event aiming at bringing entrepreneurs from across the world under one platform to explore collaborations and business opportunities in various fields.  Also the summit aims to promote entrepreneurship among females, Ivanka’s  participation is being eyed as an encouraging step in the line.

The Summit is being organized by NITI Aayog in association with Ministry of External Affairs. (KNN/ DA)
