Lucrative gains for Foreign investment in MSME sector; CAs must guide to increase export: Gadkari

New Delhi, Jan 21 (KNN) Foreign investment in the MSME sector is a lucrative opportunity as the industry is giving excellent viability and income to investors, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has said.

He said this during a virtual international conference organised by the chartered accountants’ apex body ICAI. 

To attract large Foreign investments into the MSME sector he urged chartered accountants to suggest different ways and approaches.

He also stated that chartered accountants can guide on ways to increase exports and reduce imports. 

Nihar N Jambusaria, President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) highlighted the various initiatives taken by the institute to sustain economic growth.

“All of these initiatives not only served the members but also the stakeholders,” he added.
