Modinomics and Korea's 3.0 economic plan can lift global economy: President Park

Seoul, May 19 (KNN) "Modinomics" and Korea's "3.0 economic plan" can combine to become central drivers for lifting the global economy, South Korean President Park Geun-hye said while addressing the first meeting of the newly set up India- South Korea CEOs Forum.

External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted quoting Park, “Modinomics and Korea's 3.0 economic plan can combine to become central drivers for lifting the global economy.”
 
Park also proposed strengthening of cooperation between India and South Korea in the manufacturing, creative economy and new energy industries.
 
Meanwhile, inviting Korean investors to invest in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi assured to give "personal attention" to making conditions "more conducive" for them to do business in India and said his government was working aggressively to make India a very easy place to do business.

Modi today left for home after wrapping up his six-day tour that took him to China, Mongolia and South Korea where he held bilateral talks and signed several pacts to bolster India's relations with the three countries.
 
Before heading back to India, Modi tweted, “Meetings with President Park Geun-hye & business leaders were fruitful. Many aspects of strengthening India-Korea cooperation were discussed.”
