NSIC to set up training centres in Rwanda and Burkina Faso

New Delhi, Aug 30 (KNN)  The National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) plans to set up vocational training centres (VTCs) and incubation centres (ICs) in Rwanda and Burkina Faso in Africa.

The VTCs and ICs will be set up at Kigali in Rwanda and Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, NSIC said in a press notification.

NSIC has already started work in terms of identifying supplier for machinery and equipment for its African training centres.

The Government of India Enterprise has a relatively large presence globally.    To manage operations in African countries, NSIC operates from its office in Johannesburg, South Africa. In addition, NSIC has set up Training cum Incubation Centre and with a large professional manpower, NSIC provides a package of services as per the needs of the MSME sector.
