New Delhi, Apr 27 (KNN) To continue promoting cooperation with India and to assist manufacturers to expand in markets here, Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) is organizing Taiwan Expo 2019 for the second time from May 16 to 18, 2019 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi under commission by the Bureau of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

The expo will be organized based on the market and developmental needs of Indian industries.

The exhibition will present Taiwan’s diverse strengths in the fields of economic, trade, culture and education.

Additionally, it will be accompanied by a series of activities such as business-matching and industrial seminars to promote Taiwan’s overall image and to foster more cooperation and exchanges between Taiwan and India.

Last year, TAITRA held their first ever Taiwan Expo in India, which attracted more than 18,000 visitors and successfully showcased Taiwan’s diverse strengths in economic, trade, technology, culture and tourism.

Founded in 1970 to help promote foreign trade, TAITRA is the foremost non-profit trade promotion organization in Taiwan.

Jointly sponsored by the government, industry associations, and several commercial organizations, TAITRA assists Taiwan businesses and manufacturers with reinforcing their international competitiveness and in coping with the challenges they face in foreign markets.
