UKSIN to organise essay competition on Indian policies; winner to get paid trip to UK

New Delhi, July 5 (KNN) The UK Science and Innovation Network (UKSIN) is organizing an essay competition for Indian policymakers, researchers and academics on ‘Building Innovation Capacity in India’.
 
“Those with strong knowledge on India’s policy and capacity building are invited to propose an essay outline on ‘Building Innovation Capacity in India’,” UKSIN said in a press note.
 
In the second round, five successful applicants will be invited to submit a 3000 word essay.
 
The winner will get an all-expense paid trip to the UK to attend ‘Innovate 2014’ in the first week of November.
 
Innovate UK 2014 will take place at Old Billingsgate, London, on 5-6 November 2014 with the aim of bringing together a wide range of people from UK and international business, government, academia and the third sector. They key themes at Innovate UK 2014 will include - Agri-Food, Built Environment, Digital Economy, Energy, Healthcare, High Value Manufacturing, Space and Transport. (KNN Bureau)
