Ahmedabad, Jan 9 (KNN) United States Commercial Services (USCS), US Department of Commerce will be launching the Mentor on Road – USA website at a reception hosted by United States – India Importers’ Council ( USIIC ) during Vibrant Gujarat 2017 on January 10, 2017.

The event will be addressed by Minister Counsellor for Commercial Affairs, Embassy of USA & Principal commercial officer, US Consulate General office along with 100+ American companies like Citibank, Marriott International Inc, Turner Projects, OST Inc, AAR Corp, Varian etc, according to a press release.

Mentor on Road – USA is a road drive planned by Ahmedabad based Jagat Shah, who is the founder of Global Network & Cluster Pulse. Last year he has completed a similar road driving across India to 24 states & 35 cities, driving for 10,000 kms and meeting thousands of starts ups & SME’s to understand their challenges in ease of doing business and presenting it to the Government of India for solutions.

He is now embarking upon a 24 states & 30 cities road drive in USA in East, West, South & North covering 15400 kms in 78 days. This project is supported by United States Commercial Services (USCS), US Department of Commerce & USIIC.

During his drive in USA Jagat Shah will be meeting American SME’s, Start-ups, Women run businesses & institutions, corporates for CSR & Indian diaspora and will connect them to businesses & CSR activities in India.

“This would lead to strong grassroots level connect between India & USA,” Shah said in the release.
